6. Informational purposes only
All information, alerts, summaries, enrichments, and recommendations delivered through BreachEcho - including "Affected" and "Action" fields - are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional security advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional guidance.
BreachEcho is a signal aggregation and summarisation layer. It is not a security advisory service, a managed security provider, or a substitute for professional assessment. The "Affected" and "Action" fields are AI-generated recommendations based on publicly available information. They are indicative only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific environment.
You are solely responsible for verifying all information before acting on it. Never rely on BreachEcho alerts as your sole basis for security decisions. Always cross-reference with the original source, your own security team, and other authoritative sources.
7. Accuracy of alerts
Alert summaries, enrichments, severity ratings, tags, and all other AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI models can and do produce incorrect output. BreachEcho does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any alert or generated content.
Source articles are ingested from third-party feeds. We do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party content. BreachEcho is not responsible for errors originating in source material.
8. Intellectual property
Alert content is sourced from third parties and belongs to them. Our enrichment summaries, UI, and code are ours. You may not reproduce or redistribute our output without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BreachEcho and its operators expressly disclaim all liability for:
- Any action taken or not taken based on information, alerts, summaries, or recommendations delivered through BreachEcho
- Security incidents, breaches, or losses at your organisation resulting from reliance on our content
